How to be notified when message is deleted

What is the setup in Outlook to be notified when a

Don't think there is.

There isn't. Why actually? You can set receive receipts if you want to know
if the other succesfully received your message. It's kind of private if
he/she want to delete it. Also archiving to a pst-file would be seen as a
delete of the message so you'll be misinformed.
