how to bring movie to front in powerpoint

When I set up movies in powerpoint 2005, they start and jump to the rear of
my powerpoint application. I have to close powerpoint to view movies.

I used the tool bar INSERT MOVIE and followed MS directions. When that
failed, I tried linking the video. I tried highlighting the button and
changing the "Order" to move the button to the front.

The button activates the movie. The movie flasjes for a second and then
disappears and plays behind Powerpoint on the concealed desktop. If I move
powerpoint out of the way, I can see the movie.
