How to browse to pictures into the Reports

Hi,

I would like to create either a form or repot to display the user’s question
(the questions are in a table), and under each question if the answer is No,
the user can browse the corresponding pictures from a folder displaying them
under the question. How can I write a code to browse the pictures?
