How to calculate age (in years, months and days) ?

Age calculator generally gives age in years. Can we calculate exact age in
years, months and days by subtracting date of birth from current system date?
for example if my age is 28 yrs 1 month and 6 days then how can I get this if
i know my Date of Birth.

I Found the following link that talks about the same , They use the datadif
function to calculate itin year, month and days format.
