How to Calculate Business Days and Hours?

I have a querie that has a Start Date (MM/DD/YYYY), Start time (00:00:00),
End Date (MM/DD/YYYY) and End Time (00:00:00) Fields. I need to calculate
the amount of hours and minutes that have passed from the Start date and time
to the End data and time. I need to do this in Business Days and not
Calendar. Does anyone know how I might be able to do this?

To start you need a holidays table and maybe a business hours table.
