How to center a web page on the monitor vs. left aligned?

Hi there.
I currently use Microsoft Publisher to send out e.mail flyers to my
customers. Everytime I send out a flyer it appears in the left hand of the
message. Can I change this so it appears in the centre of the message??

Also do you know how to change the background colour of the message page??

I'm omnly just learning this programme so please be clear on instructions.

Publisher webs are fixed width and left justified by default, and though we
have figured out how to center the pages dynamically in a web page, I am
fairly confident that the method would not work in an email message. If you
want to try it, then post the question of how to center a web page in the
Publisher webdesign group and someone will give you the instructions.

Format > Background.
