how to center off center, in a cell/table

ok, I would like to center within a cell. I would
normally set up a tab leader that center's, but tab's
don't work in tables and cells
so how can you set up an artificial center inside of a
cell?

the goal is to beable to have these labels set up so that
as the information changes we just have to retype the
info and it will center about the specified point(center)
that we have defined.

You can center text in a cell (and you can center "off-center" by using
paragraph indents), and you can set a centered tab in a cell (to insert tab
characters in a table cell, press Ctrl+Tab). Which you use depends on the
effect you need.
