HOW TO CHANGE A FORMAT OF A PICTURE FROM THE INTERNET IN WORD?

i am trying to save a picture from google onto my docuements, but when i go
to open it, it says its not a valid bitmap file?please help me

Right click the picture on the web page - select save as and save it to the
hard drive.Insert the picture into word from file.
