how to change default drive for 2007 Microsoft word ?

Currently, my 2007 Microsoft Word, opens files at "My Documents", I then must
click on my computer name and finally to my "F" drive. I want to eliminate
these extra steps and have my computer open directly to my "F" drive. How
do I do this?

In the File Locations dialog box, have you tried changing the location for
Documents?

To display the File Locations dialog: Click the Office button, and then
click Word Options. In the Advanced category, click the File Locations
button.
