How to change default font size

I'm using FrontPage 2003 with a theme.

I have changed the size of the font used for 'body' to 11pt. I saved
the changes and applied the them but it doesn't see mto affect the
pages I've already created.

Is it possible to change all of the normal/body text to a single size
in one go (as you can in Word)?
