How to Change default location of Print to file in Access & XL

I need to change the default print to file save location in Access 2003 &
Excel 2003 but can't remember how to do it. When I select the print to file
option in the print box and click ok it brings up the standard file name box.
I need to be able to choose the full location (save etc) whenever I choose
the Print to File option as I want to Print to file in different locations.
