how to change default paste format

After pasting copied text from another source, opening the Paste
Options icon offers 4 choices:

Keep Source Formatting
Match Destination Formatting
Keep Text Only
Apply Style or Formatting

of which Keep Source Formatting is always selected. Is it possible to
change the default choice to either Match Destination or Text Only?
