How to change (deweirdify) the dates of mail messages in Outlook?

Hi,

Today I took my time and rearranged all of my mail messages in all of my
scattered PSTs dating back to 2002, into one single PST.

And there's something that I find about a year ago, and is still an issue.

During some old importing/exporting or whatnot accident, I have a bunch of
(around 250) mail messages, which all show up dated as April 3rd 2004 in the
lists. However, when I view the message, the "Sent" date is really the date
it was sent, which is not 2004-04-03 (yyyy-mm-dd).

Well, I don't really need these messages to be correct nowadays, but if
there's any way to change these date fields (I don't know what date fields
they are actually), and if particularly there's an automated way, I'd like
to know about that?

There's one folder, where all the 20+ messages are dates April 3rd 2004...
They really range between 2004 January and April.

You have just re-emphasized one of the reasons importing/exporting is NEVER the correct method to migrate Outlook data - the received dates on emails becomes the import date.

You "open" .pst files, NEVER import.
