How to change languange in office 2003

Hi all,

i have localized MSO2003, but user interface in my languange realy sucks -
can i somehow remove it and use english UI ?

Office 2003 is available in several dozen localized language versions.
The only way to change the user interface language in single-user
versions is to uninstall the unwanted language version, and then
purchase and install the desired language version. If you have Office
2003 with Multilingual User Interface Pack, which is legitimately
available only to volume-license customers, then it is possible to
choose a different user interface language.

we are 'renting' licenses from microsoft (i believe it is called open
license), not single user lic. i found some info - looks like it is not
possible to change MSO type legaly (to use EN release instead localized with
localized version's serial number)...
