How to change my pictures from Picture Manager to a different Prog

I am scanning old pictures however, I am unable to get them larger. I need
help with that as well as ....

When trying something with a scanned picture I openend it with Picture
Manager and now all my pictures are thru that program. I had them with
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and want to know if and how I can change it
back, as well as how to enlarge my pictures.
