If you're referring to a MS Office Live website then the folks at http://officelive.com would be able to help with that.
If you're talking about an email account you access through MS Office Outlook, for example, you would need to check the website for
the email service to see the steps for changing the information there.
If you're talking about a MS Passport/Windows Live logon that would be through the admin center at
