How to change notifications texts in Project Server 2003?

Hi All!
I have a little promblem - we need to change texts of default notification
messages send from PM to tem members about new assigned tasks, updated
actuals, approve/reject tasks statuses and things like that. Do you have any
idea where does Project Server contain this texts?

Even though the information is for Project Server 2002, it should work with
Project Server 2003 without too many changes. Hope this helps.
