How to change or update BCM SQL Server from 2005 to 2008?

Hello group,

install Business Contact Manager 2007 today. With the BCM 2007 comes SQL
Server Express 2005.
On the other side I have Visual Basic 2008 with SQL Server Express 2008.

I think it's easier to learn if there is only one version and would like to
bring together this.

My question please: How to change BCM 2007 from using SQL Server Express
2005 to SQL Server Express 2008?
