how to change outlook 2007 into online mode

My outlook went into offline mode and I tried to put it in online by going
into File -> unticking offline mode. However, there is no offline mode menu
and I don't know where I can add it.

Please, let me know how I can change the mode to online.

Assuming you are working with an Exchange account, is your account setup to
use cached mode?

I have been looking for an outlook freak,and there you are!!
We are attmepting to use Otulook BCM as our CRM.
1.Can we use it on a server across 3 states using VPN to input and acces
client contact.
If yes, can you tell me the parameters and directions so an IT person can d
it, and what compromises that may have to be made
