How to change outlook from english to norwegian version?

I've got the Outlook 2007 - english version, and want to change to a
norwegian version. How can I find the downloads I need for
changing/installing the norwegian 2007 outlook version?

There are no downloads to make that change. You must buy the correct
version at the outset.
