How to change service account for Project Server 2007.

I use the same account( an ordinary domain user) for all the Project
Server 2007 related services, including Farm Database Access Account/
SharePoint Central Administration Web site Application pool account/
PWA website application pool account/SSP web application pool account/
SSP Timer service account, and this works well. Now I have to change
the account to another one for some reason, I know I can change the
account for PWA website application pool account and SSP web
application pool account and SSP Timer service account from SharePoint
Central Administration Web site .
Can I use IIS Manager to change the account for the application pool
which SharePoint Central Administrator Website runs in.
And what about Farm Database Access Account?
