How to change the background color for Menu?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to change the background color for
Menu?
After installing Office 2003 - Excel, the default background color for Menu
is
blue. I would like to change back to Window's default color.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

It gets its settings from Windows. Open Display Properties, Appearance,
Advanced, Item=Menu.
