How to change the default color scheme?

Anyone know how to change the defaut color scheme. This powder blue is
really terrible.

In the Office 2007 beta?

Click the round Office button, choose <program name> options, select
"personalize," and change from Windows XP (blue) to Windows Vista (gray).
Blue and gray are your only choices. Don't shoot the messenger.
