Sorry,How can I change the ID number in gantt chart,for example - 1.1 , 1.2

The numbers in your example are Outline Codes, not task ID.

In summary, you can customize Outline Codes in Tools | Customize | Fields.
Then select the Custom Outline Codes tab.
