How to Change the time interval of status reports ?

We have a status report in PWA 2002 what is bi weekly now
we want to change it to weekly? is there any option in
PWA where we can change it and what things one should
keep in mind before changing Also will there be any
notification to the people who submit these status
reports.

To change the frequency of a Status Report request, do the following:

1. Log into PWA
2. Click the Status Reports link
3. On the Status Reports page, click the Request a Status Report link
4. Select the "Edit a status report..." option
5. In the Select the status report drop-down list, select the report to
edit
6. Click the OK button
7. On the Step 1 page, select the frequency you wish
8. Click the Next button for each page and then click the Send button on
the last page
