How to change to a new database

Hi,
I was pointing to the database on Machine A.when i open
my form i was giving the UserId/Password.Now i have to
change to different UsrId/Password.How to change my form
settings to point to new location

You can not change userid/Password without exiting Access first. You can
relink the tables in your database - see the following article for code to
do this:
