how to change to inches?

i need to know how to change in page set up from cm to inches?
i cant make any document because i dont know the sizes in cm
help

This was answered in the other Publisher newsgroup. Change your regional
settings in the Control Panel.
If you cannot do this, in Publisher, Tools, Options, change the publication to
inches.
