How to change version language in XP

Recently bought a laptop in Italy,but everything within XP is not
surprisingly in Italian, any ideas how to change this into english?

My guess is that you must buy a full version of English
language XP, but you should really ask Windows operating
system questions of the XP gurus who hang out here:
