Could you describe more about what you mean by data changing and WHEN
you want to automatically check this? You can always create an audit
trail that is triggered on the after update event of your data entry
form and use that to see what has changed. Can you give us more to go
on?

Hi.
I mean that for instance someone adds a new field into table and other
users would get the information about that.
So if I add a new name, Peter, into a table, other users would get
somehow the information that there is a new field in a table without
doing anything. So the information would become automatically to other
users knowledge.
