How to check which user logged in so only they can change data

Is there a way... to check which user is currently logged in.. so that I can
see if they have authorization to change the data on a form... I don't want
just a group log in like the wizard uses... but individual.. so only they can
change their own data.. no one else but an Admin can.

We have Windows 2003 SBS, XP and 2000 workstations and I am using Frontpage
2003. All browsers are IE 6

Thanks in advance for any direction/links you can give me.
