How to color-code email "from address" in inbox?

I had a system/rule where I had certain colleagues emails (from, subject, et
al) in my inbox color-coded so I could easily scan who was mailing me.

Some how my preferences changed and I can't find the way to do this. I don't
see it in "rules". Does anyone know how I can do this?
