How to Color "From" Address in Outlook inbox?l

I used to have it so that email (from, subject, date, et al) from certain
colleages would show up in different colors so that I can quickly see people
of importance as they write in.

I have lost that rule (?) and cannot figure out how to do that. Can you tell
me how that works?
