A B C
1 OTT Supplier availability
2 10-Nov BT 9-Nov
3 10-Nov CD 9-Nov
4 11-Nov BT 16-Nov
5 9-Nov AX 18-Nov
6 9-Nov BT 9-Nov

On the above example , using CONDITIONAL FORMATTING I need to mark
the cells in OTT column(A) where Supplier Column (B) = "BT" and A-C <=3

Use the And function to achieve what you want:

=AND(B2="BT",A2-C2<=3)
Copy down the formatting
