Hi there,

I need to completely remove Outlook and all of its settings as I had a
corrupt PST file and tried to fix that and installed another PST file and
couldn't fix anything after that.

So, I thought the best thing to do was to uninstall Outlook from Control
Panel | Add Remove. Did that, and then rebooted and re-installed
Outlook....but it came back with all the error messages and settings.

I need to be able to install Outlook to the point where it is going to ask
"found email settings from Outlook Express, do you want to import mail and
settings?".

How do I get to that point where it's like a fresh install to start all over
again?

Thanks,

Gordon

.
Before completely removing the program, choose Detect &
Repair from the Help drop down menu. Otherwise, Start>
Control Panel> Add/Remove programs. You will have to then
remove Office, unless you purchased Outlook separately.
