How to Compress folders & files from my programs...

Hello!
Well, I'm want to be able to compress folders/files from my programs using
the "Sent To - Compressed (zipped) folder" from the Explorer, but I'don't
know what's the name of that program or where it is. Any suggestions?

I not seen a nice way of using the windows built in compression.....

I suspect there is a way, or a possbile windows "api" that can be used.

However, when I looked for a soltion, I could not find much....
