How to configure tab controls to import some information from GAL

I want to create a new form with Infopath, and also i will publish it into my
MOSS 2007 site. all visitors are colleagues.
I have a question about this new form:
Email/Login name: (default value is logon user's name)
Department: (From AD basing on login name)
Manager: (from AD basing on login name)

I do not know how to configure it, i do not know how to bine those data
together.

Does anyone can help me with this?
