How to configure the MB limit of incoming email?

Sometimes I get very large emails (5MB) that take 'forever' to come in as I
have only dial up service. I found no help whatsoever online as to how I
might configure my incoming emails to exclude these. I know it can be done.
I'm not computer savvy. Following step by step what I could find online
nothing worked. I'd like to limit the size of incoming emails so that they
will be kicked back to sender as undeliverable. Thank you.

Outlook 2003. It took me ten minutes to figure out how to reply to you. I did
tell you I wasn't computer savvy! Thanks for the help.

:

With Outlook open, press Ctl-Alt-S - that will bring up the "Define
Send/Receive Groups" box. Select the group, click on "Edit" and at the
right-hand side of the "Folder Options" pane there is a setting to limit
the size of mails retrieved.
