You'll need to post some more explanation of what you're doing. Why do you
need multiple instances of the same form open? What are you trying to
accomplish?

We are are adding new records that should show up in the form I am trying to
requery as a subform. The users would like to be able to have multipe forms
due to the fact they are working on different projects.

I'm still not seeing any reason for having multiple forms open simultaneously.
If this is a multi-user database, it should be split into a frontend (with the
forms, queries, etc.) and a shared backend with the tables; each user will see
only their own desired form.

The application starts with a list of thier projects and they want to view
multiple projects they are working on they select them and if they have to
add any information that is new there is a command button to open the other
input form then when done entering it. That form closes and the information
is suppose to show up on the other form. But it does not find the form
becuase there could be multiple of that form open.
