How to connect multiple accounts

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: Exchange

I have several exchange accounts for our department set up on my computer. When I start Entourage, I frequently will login to the main account only, canceling the login process for the others. However, I can't find a way to login to any of the other accounts if I decide I need to check them later in the day. Nothing short of restarting Entourage that is.

Am I missing something very basic?

Exchange accounts are designed to be always-on. Entourage gets a bit
befuddled if you choose not to connect to one (which I presume you do
by not saving your password).

Is there a reason why you don't just let them all stay synced?
