how to connect office 2007 excel, access windows 2000 server

I wish to connect Excel 2007, Access 2007 and was getting provider
error. I tried to install Microsoft patch AccessDatabaseEngine.exe,
but it is not supporting on Windows 2000, My server is of windows
2000. Plz anyone tell me how can I connect it.

Hi,
I think the only way - is to convert spreadsheet and database to 2003
format, then you can open it both in windows 2000 and office 2007
