How to consolidate excel data embedded in different powerpoint fil

We're currently using sharepoint to consolidate business case files. Each
business case is a powerpoint deck with an embedded financial spreadsheet. Is
there a way to consolidate the embedded excel from each powerpoint file? I
know that we could open each of them and copy/paste the excel data but that
is a lot of work as we have over 100 powerpoint files that are updated all
the times.
