How to convert data from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003

I was using Outlook 2000 up to now. I've got a new laptop with Outlook 2003
on it and want to transfer my Outlook 2000 data from my old PC to the new
laptop.

Can anybody help me with this?

Have you tried just opening the old PST file?

If you're not sure where it is and you have already uninstalled Outlook
2000, you might use search to find files with a .pst extension.

Or if you're looking to move the file from your old PC to your new laptop:

Find the PST file as above. Copy it to somewhere convenient on your new
laptop. Perhaps in your Documents folder. Then open Outlook 2003. Click File
-> Open. Browse to that PST file and open it. From then on it will open
automatically until you specifically close it from within Outlook 2003.
