How to convert from small to all caps

Does anyone know if there is a way to convert caps in an
already created document in Excel? I assumed that the
same font options would be available in Excel as in Word,
I was incorrect.

(and yes - Word is a word processor, XL is a spreadsheet - the math
functions in Word are even more limited than the font options in XL).
