What are the export options and filetypes created by the export in Lotus
Notes that match up with the import filetypes supported by your
unidentified version of Outlook?

Start reading the help included in Lotus Notes to see if it has a means
to export its data. I doubt it doesn't unless they are desparate to
keep you stuck with their software. Or call your IT folks to ask them
how to do it.

it does appear Lotus was scared of its users leaving their product since
so many folks wrote up a utility to make money off those same users.
