Yes, OneNote files can be converted to PPT files by copying and pasting the
outline (as well as by just copying and pasting the notes). There is an
article on OneNoteAnswers and on PowerPointAnswers (same article) about
doing this. Article title is Designing Presentations with OneNote.
Having said that, I think there is probably more to your question... Care to
elaborate?
