How to convert PPT to DVD format on a PC like we can on a MAC?

How to convert PPT to DVD format on a PC like we can on a MAC? I have tried
to use several 3rd party conversion programs and none of them work properly.
They are choppy, the music does not lige up with the pics, etc...

Have you tried PowerPoint2DVD? or DVD X Point?
