how to convert slides to text without copy/past?

You can print the text in the placeholders easily enough using the print
outline function.

Added textboxes will not be part of the outline. To include this, you will
need to use VBA.

Click File > Save As.
Under Save as type, select "Outline/RTF(*.rtf)".
See if that is what you want.
