how to convert tif to pdf?

Hello,
I have a .tif file that I would like to convert into .pdf
I did not manage to do this using the "print to file" option.
Can you help?

You need some sort of pdf creating software.

Have you tried a PDF printer? Lots of free ones out PrimoPDF is one that
gets good reviews and even allows you to choose quality which effects size.
