How to convert WORD docs to GIF?

Hello experts,

We have a Word document containing graphics that we provide to our clients
to fill in a few text fields and then save.
We then need to convert that Word doc to a GIF file 560 x 768 pixels.

Can anyone recommend the best and simplest way to do this? Or if it is even
possible?

Open your Word doc in a zoom of 100%.
Press PrtSc.
Paste in your usual image manipulation software.
Save as gif.

The simplest way is to use a graphics 'printer' driver - SnagIt from
www.techsmith.com offers such a facility.
