How to COPY all Items to the main CALENDAR in Outlook 2003 ?

(sorry - Outlook 2003 was not an option in the drop-down list.)

OK, this is sooo difficult. I had to re-install OUTLOOK 2003. I finally was
able to get my mail entries back after a lot of tedious playing around with
an old .pst file ... Now I can't figure out how to get all my Calendar
entries back. I now - for whatever reason - have 2 CALENDAR entries -
Calendar, and Calendar(2). The primary Calendar has no entries. Caelndar(2)
has everything (in fact now duplicates since I tried to MOVE the entries
unsuccessfully to Calendar.)

How can I MOVE/COPY all of my entries to my MAIN Calendar? (The secondary
Calendar does not allow for time "notifications", nor does OUTLOOK allow me
to remove that main Calendar.)
